We can accept parcel deliveries, and provide complimentary return courier with all repairs as usual.
We are limiting drop off and collection to the premises as we no longer have a customer reception available.
You are welcome to drop the item off, however you will need to arrange a suitable time ahead of arrival and you will need your details printed. Contact number: 01892 525327. Ideally you will need the email estimate including your full contact details, postal address, telephone number and email.
Upon arrival you will be able to hand the item over or you can leave in the parcel drop off box, if suitably protected.
Inspection fee / deposits can be paid online or via bacs. Once we have booked the item in, we will email the invoice over via sage pay.
Payment will need to be made ahead of collection via the invoice or bacs. Again, collection will be on an appointment basis to ensure the item is ready and someone is available to hand over your item.
